Responsibilities

As a Platform Product Manager, you will combine traditional product management skills with a deep understanding of technical architecture. You will actively participate in solving engineering and business challenges daily.

You will lead our in-house self-service Scoring platform, designed for analysts and developers in risk and product teams. You will own the product roadmap, overseeing the full development cycle from strategy and quarterly OKRs to launch.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 4+ years of experience as a Platform or Technical Product Manager
• Preferred: experience as an Enterprise Architect, Development Team Lead, or Engineering Manager, alongside product management experience
• Strong problem-solving, solution design, and prioritization skills
• Experience in creating product visions, setting strategies, and tracking OKRs
• Ability to develop metrics trees and define key product metrics

Technical Skills

• Broad technical perspective with business and system analysis skills
• Ability to evaluate proposed architecture solutions and challenge decisions when needed
• Experience designing architecture, data models, and APIs
• Understanding of CI/CD processes
• Experience assessing technical quality, monitoring, and reliability practices

Communication

• Strong verbal and written English skills (at least B2)
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Ability to articulate vision, decisions, and trade-offs clearly in C-level forums
