As aServiceNow SPM Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementingSPM (formerly ITBM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' existing ServiceNow platforms.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about transforming business operations throughServiceNow technology.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation ofServiceNow SPMsolutions for enterprise clients.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Configure and developDemand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management moduleswithin ServiceNow.
Work closely with stakeholders to enhance and optimisePPM, Agile, and Financial Managementcapabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ServiceNow platform integrations.
Provide technical expertise and best practice recommendations forSPM workflowsand automation.
Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support.
Requirements
Proven experience as aServiceNow Technical Consultant, specialising inSPM/ITBM.
Hands-on expertise withServiceNow Demand, Project, and Portfolio Managementmodules.
Strong understanding ofAgile Development, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
Experience working withServiceNow Partnersand enterprise customers.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
ServiceNow certificationsin SPM or related modules (highly desirable).
