Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within joinery and fit-out industry.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, LEED are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the entire joinery and fit-out project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
2. Coordinate with architects, designers, and construction teams to translate design concepts into practical joinery solutions.
3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations while proactively managing risks and issues.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
5. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
6. Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
7. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication.
8. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for optimal performance.
9. Utilize project management software to document progress, generate reports, and maintain transparency.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve project outcomes.
