Job Title: Project Manager - Joinery & Fit-Out
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within joinery and fit-out industry
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, and high-end residential projects (preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, LEED (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and local language

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire joinery and fit-out project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and construction teams to translate design concepts into practical joinery solutions.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations while proactively managing risks and issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for optimal performance.
- Utilize project management software to document progress, generate reports, and maintain transparency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to continuously improve project outcomes.
