Candidates must possess a diploma in Civil Engineering and have a strong background in construction methods and materials, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in the UAE/GCC.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Coordinate and manage site labor force, subcontractors, and materials.
• Monitor and report progress, delays, and on-site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Review drawings and specifications and ensure execution aligns with approved plans.
• Maintain proper documentation of site activities, daily reports, and attendance records.
• Provide technical guidance and support to workers on-site.
• Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.

Key Qualifications :

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Must have minimum10-12 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in the UAE / GCC
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately.
