We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team focusing on the postconcept design stages of highrise residential and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of architectural design principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate visionary concepts into detailed plans and specifications. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to deliver exceptional architectural outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Lead the development of detailed design solutions for highrise residential and hospitality projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This includes refining initial concepts and integrating technical, environmental, and regulatory considerations.
2. Construction Documentation: Oversee the preparation of comprehensive construction documents, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
3. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure design integrity and seamless integration of all project components.
4. Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the postconcept design stages. Present design solutions, address queries, and incorporate client feedback to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
6. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
7. Resource Management: Efficiently manage project resources, including time, budget, and personnel, to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
8. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all design outputs meet the highest standards of excellence and precision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design and project management, specifically in highrise residential and hospitality sectors.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, with a strong ability to produce detailed and accurate drawings.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes relevant to highrise and hospitality projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
