Job Summary:

A senior-level role dedicated to ensuring premium after-sales service to investors and clients in the real estate sector. The main focus is on delivering exceptional customer care, maintaining strong, long-term relationships, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty after the sale. Just so you know, this position is not sales-related. It is focused on customer service and post-sale relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for high-value investors and clients post-sale.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-up, support, and issue resolution.
  • Manage after-sales processes, including handovers, documentation, and service updates.
  • Handle client inquiries, feedback, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (engineering, legal, finance, property management) to address client needs efficiently.
  • Develop loyalty initiatives and engagement strategies to enhance investor retention.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups through CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management on client trends and service quality.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or client relationship roles within real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage VIP/investor accounts and maintain high levels of professionalism.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate post-sale process.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.
