Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Corporate Finance, located in Dubai. The Head of Corporate Finance will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial modeling, investments, and accounting. The role includes strategic financial planning, managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), assessing financial risk, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The individual will also work closely with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that support the company's growth and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Global expertise in Finance, Accounting, and Financial Modeling
• Robust annual budgeting development, monthly, quarterly reporting and presentation skills
• Experience with Investments and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Strong understanding of financial audits, risk assessment and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Proven track record in a senior financial role, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry
