Mercier Consultancy is searching for a motivated German Speaking Recruiter to join our dynamic remote team. In this role, you will leverage your German language skills to source, engage, and assess candidates for various positions across multiple sectors. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who enjoys connecting talent with opportunities while working from the comfort of their home. You will collaborate with our global clients to understand their hiring needs and help them find the right candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews in German, assessing candidates’ skills and cultural fit for the positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs.
  • Manage the recruitment process from candidate introduction to offer negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of candidate information throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing methods.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred but not required.
