In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales of trainings and accreditations to new and existing BFSI clients across the region.
Client Details

Our client is a leader in financial services training. The company delivers learning solutions for apprentices and graduates, as well as those with 10+ years' experience in Financial Services. Their learning solutions encompass expert faculty, e-learning, coaching, and blended candidate assessments, aimed at improving individual contribution and collective business performance.

Description
  1. Engage with clients and prospects to understand their learning needs and translate those into suitable solutions.
  2. Position the solution offering by acting as a leader in learning and financial markets.
  3. Manage your portfolio of clients through strategic analysis, relationship building, and acquiring new business.
  4. Understand the financial markets, products, and operating environment to support the design of value-adding learning and development solutions.
  5. Convert opportunities into booked business through sales excellence; leverage internal resources to develop proposals.
  6. Manage data and information accurately using Salesforce to record and track account developments.
  7. Produce regular revenue forecasts.
  8. Effectively hand over programs to operational teams for delivery and management, while maintaining commercial oversight and client relationships.
Profile
  • Experience in the financial services industry and understanding of financial markets.
  • Experience selling training, consulting, or e-learning to corporate clients is a plus.
  • Ability to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
