Job Title: Client Success Manager - Lighting Design

Location: JLT, Dubai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Smith Tait is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our dynamic lighting design team!

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Seek out high-yield lighting design opportunities for Smith Tait across multiple geographies.
  • Develop custom-made and strategic account plans for architects and interior designers to leverage opportunities and raise the Smith Tait brand's presence.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, and decision-makers to guarantee successful business engagements for Smith Tait.
  • Read RFPs, review the scope, isolate the lighting scope, develop the costing, submit, and negotiate with Clients.
  • Ensure that all pre-sales and post-sales documentation, including all Requests for Information (RFI) and or Request for Proposals (RFP), is captured and secured for a successful bid.
  • Ensure revenue growth targets are achieved through successful engagements.
  • Address any issues, objections, or escalations from interior designers and architectural firms to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure that the design teams have the correct information, data, and KPI's for a successful engagement.
  • Be responsible for collecting cash from Customers and coordinating with the finance team.
  • Track the various interior designers and or architectural firms key metrics and adapt plans, if needed, or drive recommended actions for improvement.

In this role, you will actively identify, leverage opportunities and successfully conclude deals to grow Smith Tait's client base with new architects and interior designers, both locally and internationally.
