Job Title: MICE Sales Executive

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MICE sales, preferably within a luxury or 5-star hotel
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve MICE revenue targets, including client prospecting, lead conversion, and relationship management.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, conducting regular meetings to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, F&B, and banquet) to ensure smooth event execution and act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
  4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity, adjusting sales strategies to maximize opportunities.
  5. Prepare, negotiate, and finalize client contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue goals.
  6. Monitor market performance, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and maintain accurate customer database records.
