Job description

Provide full executive support to the CEO, managing both professional and personal affairs with the highest level of discretion.

Maintain and coordinate an ever-changing calendar of meetings, appointments, events, and travel plans across multiple time zones.

Accompany the CEO on business trips and events as required, ensuring all logistics are flawlessly executed.

Liaise with high-profile clients, business partners, and stakeholders especially in the US maintaining strong professional relationships.

Act as a gatekeeper for all communication and scheduling, filtering and prioritising incoming requests.

Organise and coordinate VIP events, private dinners, and social engagements, often outside of traditional working hours.

Prepare high-quality correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing documents.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

What We re Looking For:

Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Proactive with a strong problem-solving mindset and ability to anticipate needs
Impeccable communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Prior experience in luxury hospitality such as Head Hostess/Guest Relations Manager, lifestyle manager in a concierge company, private PA work, or supporting C-suite executives
Tech-savvy and confident with digital tools and scheduling platforms
Flexible and adaptable comfortable working outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
Polished, professional, and emotionally intelligent
