This is an opportunity to work for a market leader in their specialist field as the business' new Head of Operations. Over the past 22 years, the organisation has established themselves as the go-to organisation for luxury packages. The company currently operates across three key markets, including North America, Europe and Asia.

Your new role

Role Overview : Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the airline amenities business. Ensure customer satisfaction, drive efficiency, and enhance service delivery. Possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the airline industry.

Key Responsibilities : Operational Strategy & Leadership : - Develop and implement an operations strategy.

• Lead and mentor operational partners.
• Set and achieve KPIs and SLAs.

Supply Chain Management : - Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes.

• Coordinate with Customer Service for forecasts and tenders.
• Manage logistics and warehousing. Quality Assurance & Compliance : - Implement quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management : - Act as key contact for airline clients.

• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Support Sales and Customer Service teams. Operational Management : - Lead new product launches and custom projects.
• Develop project plans and track progress.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this Head of Operations position, you will need to have experience or qualifications in the below :

• Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of operations management experience in airline, hospitality, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience with high-volume production, logistics, or distribution of consumer goods.
• Familiarity with Middle Eastern business customs, regulations, and market dynamics.
• Strong client relationship management, especially with airlines.
• Independent worker with strong multifunctional team collaboration.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
