Emirates Engine Maintenance Centre in Dubai seeks an experienced EEMC Engineering Repairs Coordinator to plan, monitor and administer aftermarket repair/overhaul/modification of engine components, targeting cost efficiency and RTAT. You will coordinate with Material Planning, Overhaul workshops and service providers to ensure repairs comply with engine manuals, SBs and ADs.

You will extract data to support decision making in a fast-paced, aviation-maintenance environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in an Airline Engineering, Supply Chain, MRO or Procurement function.
• Technical qualification or degree would be advantageous.
• Supervisory experience in Engineering Repairs Management preferred within an Airline or large MRO base.
• Experience handling high-value, technically complex products is valued.

Responsabilités

• Plan, monitor and administer progress of aftermarket processes supporting efficient management of repair/overhaul/modification of components and engines.
• Coordinate with repair service providers and stakeholders to ensure repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure SB and AD are called out on Repair Orders as per engine Work scope and maintain alignment with engine manuals.
• Extract and evaluate data relating to In-House Capability or Alternate Repair & Supply to assist decision making.
• Maintain Vendor and Part Level RO data to enable vendor management activities.

Job Purpose

As EEMC Engineering Repairs Coordinator, you will plan, monitor and administer progress of aftermarket processes supporting efficient management of repair/ overhaul/modification of components and engine at the repair service providers, at optimal cost and within agreed repair turnaround time (RTAT).

In this role, you will:

• Ensure effective stakeholder communication as part of the management of processes and in enabling clear communication for better end-to-end planning and control across the process chain.
• Maintain close coordination with all relevant stakeholders including but not limited to Material Planning, Overhaul workshops, Fleet Technical Management etc. to support Material Service Level KPI.
• Coordinate with repair service providers/stakeholders to ensure that repairs processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Emirates Engine Maintenance Centre (EEMC) Component Repair

• Ensure the repair work called out on the Repair Order (RO) is in accordance with the engine manual and liaise with the Production Inspector to correct any discrepancies noted.
• Ensure that all the Service Bulletin (SB) and Airworthiness Directive (AD) are called out on the Repair Order (RO) as per engine Work scope.
• Ensure outgoing Repair Orders have all the relevant documents attached before handing over the shipment for processing.
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stake holders for any queries raised against a repair call out from the vendor and provide revised Repair Orders as required.
• Extract and evaluate all sets of data relating to In-House Capability or Alternate Repair & Supply. Liaise with relevant stakeholders for the compilation of the information and analysis to assist in the decision-making process.
• Maintain Vendor and Part Level RO performance data to allow for vendor management activities to take place.

Qualification

To be considered in this role, you must meet the below requirements:

• 12 years of schooling or equivalent
• Technical qualification / Degree would be an advantage.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in an Airline Engineering, Supply Chain, MRO or Procurement function.
• Relevant experience may include; Supply Chain Management, Warehouse & Logistics, Repairs Management, Material Planning / Material Support, Inventory Control, Technical Purchasing.
• Preference for candidates with supervisory experience in Engineering Repairs Management, ideally within an Airline, Third-party maintenance / MRO base, large engineering organisation.
• Candidates from other industries may be considered where they have a strong educational background and experience handling high-value, technically complex products.
