Job summary

Black Pearl Consult seeks a qualified EEG Technician to join a reputable healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will perform electroencephalography procedures and support neurological diagnostic services while ensuring patient safety and comfort and accurate test results in compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, applying electrodes, monitoring recordings, labeling results, and maintaining EEG equipment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in EEG Technology, Clinical Neurophysiology, Allied Health or related healthcare field.
• Minimum 34 years of relevant clinical experience in EEG or neurodiagnostic.
• Valid DOH (Abu Dhabi) License as an EEG Technician.
• Strong knowledge of EEG procedures, equipment and neurological diagnostics.

• Perform routine and specialized EEG procedures as prescribed by neurologists.
• Prepare patients for EEG studies by explaining procedures and applying electrodes correctly.
• Monitor patients during EEG recordings and identify technical or patient-related issues.

• Maintain clean and calibrate EEG equipment.
• Follow infection control safety and quality assurance protocols.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff with neurological diagnostic procedures.
