Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Hospitality. Tour / Field Guides : 8+ Years
Experience in the service and tourism field.
Experience managing a large operational team.
Experience of working within a multinational / multicultural environment.

You’ll Have An Edge If You Have

In-depth first-hand knowledge of the functions of a Destination Management Company (DMC)’s operations unit.
Ability to deliver results Ability to lead a team and be able to work with others in a team.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Knowledge of tours and safari’s market in UAE.
Previous Cruise Operations experience a necessity.
