Reports to: Director Sales Steering (Sub-region Africa)

Overview:

The Manager Business Intelligence and Performance Management will lead analytics and performance strategies to support smarter sales decisions. You will collaborate across regions to influence our commercial strategies through data-driven insights, ensuring competitiveness in the evolving logistics sector.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze CTS and market share data to identify trends and measure performance.
• Manage business intelligence initiatives for sales campaigns and market analysis.
• Design and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales and operational metrics.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements in commercial execution.
• Create BI dashboards using tools like Qlik, Alteryx, or Celonis for data visualization.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in business intelligence, sales analytics, or performance management.
• Proven leadership and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Qliksense, and related software.
• Understanding of commercial processes, sales KPIs, and financial metrics.
• Excellent presentation skills using MS Office tools.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, Arabic, Portuguese) are a plus.
• Deep understanding of African markets, cultures, and business dynamics to tailor strategies regionally.
