Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proficient in creating reports using O365 tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Exposure to project management tools like MS Project
• Experience in creating project plans, stakeholder management, and maintaining project documents

Desired Skills

• Working knowledge and exposure to banking and financial operations (preferred)
• Exposure to IT infrastructure projects (preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Ensure assigned infrastructure projects are meticulously planned, executed, and delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with department heads and key employees to secure support and buy-in.
• Resource Management: Manage resources including personnel, equipment, and budget to optimize project performance.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all infrastructure projects meet quality standards and organizational policies.
