An established industry player is seeking a dynamic professional to oversee operations in the Consumer Goods division. This role involves ensuring compliance with policies, cultivating strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic planning. You will collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service while monitoring performance against KPIs. Oversee the daily operations of the Consumer Goods (CG) division, ensuring that all processes are executed in line with approved policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and major accounts. Regularly engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and business goals.
Achieve sales and margin targets for the assigned division. Identify growth opportunities within key accounts to increase sales volume and profitability. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery. Coordinate with the marketing department to create targeted promotional materials and campaigns for key customers.
Ensure high levels of dedicated customer support. Monitor and ensure timely completion of staff training schedules related to customer service and product knowledge.
Track key account performance against sales targets and KPIs. Prepare and present regular performance reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Address customer concerns and issues in a timely, professional manner. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and value-added support.
Develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts that align with the company’s broader business objectives.
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices considering international best practices, business process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and CG department requirements.
Monitor adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, high-quality product/service delivery, and a responsible environmental attitude.
Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
