• Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Estimate costs for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting works.
• Review tender documents and submit quotations.

• Handle cost control and prepare payment certificates.
• Prepare and evaluate variations and claims.
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP or contracting companies.
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting).
