• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings to understand project specifications
• Set up and operate welding machines and equipment for MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Weld various materials including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel with precision
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Maintain tools and work area in a clean, safe, and organized manner
• Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope

What You Bring:

• 15 years of hands-on welding experience
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings and blueprints
