Position Overview:

The Senior Account Manager is a vital member of our team, responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our key clients.

This role involves understanding client needs, collaborating with creative and strategic teams to develop advertising campaigns, and ensuring all client projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising account management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  2. Oversee the development and execution of advertising campaigns, working closely with creative, digital, and media planning teams to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  3. Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations to optimize results.
  4. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of the client's business challenges and objectives to propose tailored advertising solutions.
  6. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and clients' expectations.
  7. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and new business with existing clients.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction with services provided, addressing any issues and adjusting strategies as needed.
  9. Stay abreast of advertising trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to offer innovative and effective solutions.
