Job description

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Projects Manager, conducting regular site visits for store renovations and new construction projects.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Carry out routine site inspections to track project progress, verify quality, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, material specifications, and construction requirements.
• Possess a sound understanding of both civil works and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
• Review project plans and technical documents to confirm accurate implementation on-site.
• Manage the close-out process, including compliance with required documentation and overseeing the snagging and de-snagging process with contractors.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Fit-Out Site Supervisor or similar role within the UAE.
• Strong technical knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is essential.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools.
• Educational background in Engineering
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality standards.
• Can work with high pressure and fast-paced environment
