About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales Representative with fluency in Mandarin Chinese to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a vital role in expanding our client base, particularly among Chinese-speaking investors and property buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce available real estate opportunities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with interested leads
  • Build rapport with prospective buyers and investors, understanding their needs
  • Schedule property viewings and consultations with real estate agents
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and communications in CRM software
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager
  • Collaborate with marketing and property teams to optimize sales strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience in telesales, real estate sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of local and/or international real estate markets is a plus
