About the Role:
GuestTek is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Director MEA to oversee financial operations and drive performance across our business units in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. This senior leadership role is pivotal to ensuring financial integrity, supporting strategic decision-making, and fostering sustainable growth in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, analysis, and compliance, while playing an integral part in corporate budgeting and forecasting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the MEA region in alignment with corporate goals.
- Partner with senior management and operational teams to provide actionable financial insights and strategic guidance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial results and performance metrics for internal and corporate reporting.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes across MEA operations.
- Manage VAT, personal expense reports, and year-end regulatory reporting obligations.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of all statutory and regulatory reports.
- Administer and reconcile regional bank accounts, in coordination with Corporate Finance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial systems, processes, and data transparency.
- Support and mentor junior finance team members, promoting professional development.
- Provide ad hoc financial reporting and support to senior leadership as needed.
- Maintain a rolling cash forecast and ensure timely submission of cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and practices across MEA countries.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for auditors, regulators, and advisory organizations.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Recognized accounting designation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA)
- 710 years of senior financial leadership experience within a regional or multinational environment
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Proficient in accounting software and financial systems
- Knowledge of financial regulations and market conditions in the MEA region
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
