Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Maintain an open eye attitude at all times to enhance departmental performance.
  2. Review VIP reservations, ensure proper handling of VIPs and groups, and manage amenity orders and guest resumes.
  3. Monitor the handling of special reservation requests.
  4. Handle or monitor guest feedback until full satisfaction is achieved.
  5. Provide courteous, efficient call handling and service to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  6. Receive and perform pre-shift handovers to ensure seamless communication.
  7. Communicate guest needs promptly to relevant departments for seamless service.
  8. Prepare in-room guest letters and communication documents as needed.
  9. Assign rooms for arrivals and future reservations based on occupancy.
  10. Coordinate with Housekeeping to block and prepare rooms for early arrivals.
  11. Review VIP arrival reports for the next three days and update as necessary.
  12. Deliver personalized service, using guest names to create memorable impressions.
  13. Act as an in-house ambassador, establishing personal contact to enhance guest comfort and care.
