Job Responsibilities
- Qualify company leads and manage the customer journey until deal closing, including pitching, answering questions, flipping objections, negotiations, and closing deals successfully.
- Generate new business using the client database via phone and email (platform and full infrastructure provided).
- Match clients to specific properties or projects based on their needs assessment.
- Arrange and conduct viewings, open-house days, and developer visits professionally; register clients with the developer.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers/developers, including payment plans and finance options.
- Manage all paperwork related to sales or leases and liaise with interested parties and authorities.
- Maintain expert, up-to-date knowledge of rules and regulations in the Dubai property market.
- Become knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai or selected developer projects and showcase local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.
- Possess expert, current knowledge about investing in real estate in Dubai.
- Being active on social media as a realtor is considered a plus.
