Job Description

We are seeking a sharp and analytical Investment Analyst to support investment decision-making through in-depth market research, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis. Based in the UAE, this role offers exposure to diverse asset classes and dynamic regional and global markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on investment opportunities
  2. Build financial models to assess ROI, NPV, IRR, and valuation metrics
  3. Monitor portfolio performance and assist in asset allocation strategies
  4. Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  5. Analyze macroeconomic trends, industry outlooks, and competitive landscapes
  6. Assist in the execution of transactions including M&A, private equity, or capital markets deals
  7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional and global market movements
  8. Coordinate with fund managers, advisors, and external consultants
  9. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks
  10. Support senior analysts and investment managers in ongoing strategic initiatives
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA Level I or higher preferred
  2. 2–4 years of experience in investment analysis, private equity, corporate finance, or asset management
  3. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, comps, LBO, etc.)
  4. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ)
  5. Solid understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators
  6. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  8. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
  9. UAE or GCC market knowledge and experience preferred
