The Role

You will be responsible for :

1. Partnering with the business to ensure compliance with quality standards, overseeing audit activities, and assisting in quality management reviews.
2. Conducting regular quality assurance audits and following up to ensure non-conformities are addressed promptly, with effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
3. Ensuring accurate and timely entry of product complaints into quality tracking systems, and reviewing and maintaining quality systems and procedures according to best practices and relevant regulations.

Ideal Profile

1. At least 3 years of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within the Real Estate sector.
2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
3. Enjoys finding creative solutions to problems.
4. Excellent team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
