In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with one of our esteemed clients. This client is a global leader in the Real Estate industry, known for its commitment to quality and innovation. They have chosen Dautom as their trusted partner for their upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with Functional Consultants and Product Manager to understand the business requirements.
- Prepare technical specifications document based on business requirements.
- Estimate the efforts and timelines for the development.
- Develop reports, correspondence templates, notifications, stored procedures, tasks, interfaces, dashboards and all other Yardi related technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Test and document the solutions developed.
- Prepare transition document for UAT and Production deployment.
- Work with support and functional consultants to fix data issues and data cleanup activities.
- Work with support consultant to troubleshoot Yardi related issues.
- Conduct Yardi technical training for other IT teams.
- Contribute to new product and upgrade implementations.
- Maintain tracker for the assigned tasks and send weekly activity & status report to Product Manager.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
- Internal Communication with all Departments/Business Units as required and IT.
- External Communication with External IT Vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Yardi database tables, YSR, SSRS, Columnar, Analytics, Custom financials, Triggers, Stored Procedures, Cursors and Functions.
- Knowledge and experience in .NET will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge and understanding of real estate business.
- Very good knowledge in Yardi Voyager and Voyager + products: Commercial Leasing, Retail Leasing, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, ABF, Fixed Asset, Bank Book, Work Order, Inspection, Legal, Orion BI and Commercial Café.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to relate and communicate to all levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to take initiative and an aptitude for creative problem-solving and display a positive attitude & work well with others.
- Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
