This position is part of the Retail Risk and Operations team and is responsible for management oversight, development of robust credit and collection processes to ensure my bank collects money within terms.
The Collections Manager will work closely with all areas of the Retail division to support sales growth while minimizing bad debt exposure.
The candidate will be responsible for building a strong collections team and building relationships with collection agencies across the world to ensure we can collect monies owed across the world.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the credit and collection function, experience of working in Retail collections, a strong foundation of basic accounting and experience of working in a bank is a must. This person will have excellent relationship skills and will spend significant amounts of time working with government entities and commercial partners.
