Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Gather and analyze financial data from various brands and departments, ensuring timely and accurate MIS reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and consolidate financial data.

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting by analyzing trends and identifying cost optimization opportunities.

• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of audit schedules for financial statements.

• Conduct financial and non-financial performance analysis to evaluate business health.

• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting quality.

• Implement best practices and automation tools to optimize budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.

• Perform additional duties as required by the supervisor.

Education: University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce.

Certification: ACCA, CPA, CA preferred.

Experience: 3-4 years in a related business.

Languages: Fluency in English is essential.

Software: Proficient in MS Office, SQL/Python, Power BI, and knowledge of SAP/Oracle and other accounting software.
