About The Role

Responsible for supporting overall marketplace tasks, including assortment discovery and purchase experience management for the online platform within a specific category. Duties include maintaining web and mobile store campaigns, daily merchandising, visual merchandising, product enrichment, and compiling ad hoc performance reports for Luxury Marketplace brands.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Assist with end-to-end operations for online marketplace brands.
  2. Liaise with brand partners to upload new product lines, manage data enrichment files, and update merchandising systems.
  3. Utilize systems such as RMS, Edit, RPM for pricing and markdown management.
  4. Ensure data integrity of marketplace products, including color and category classification.
  5. Perform visual merchandising across the site for marketplace brands.
  6. Match e-commerce assets to product data and coordinate with the studio team.
  7. Conduct product QC checks in staging environments before products go live.
  8. Perform site QC checks, including filters, navigation, homepage content, and links.
  9. Provide product inputs and links for on- and off-site communications.
  10. Monitor product and inventory levels to ensure availability for upcoming marketing features.
  11. Prepare ad hoc reports to support the Senior Digital Merchandiser and Digital Trading Manager.

About You
