We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director for Mendix, the leading low-code application development platform. This role is based in Dubai with a hybrid work model.

Role Overview :

You will lead and mentor a team of enterprise sellers, focusing on building a new business franchise, achieving growth metrics, and developing sales talent. Your responsibilities include :

  • Developing and executing strategies to increase ACV, acquire new logos, and grow Mendix in collaboration with various teams.
  • Setting and measuring key performance metrics, identifying improvement areas, and implementing strategies.
  • Leading by example in customer engagement, fostering team collaboration, and expanding market reach.
  • Providing market feedback to support product development.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Proven success as a SaaS sales leader, especially in building new business and nurturing talent.
  • Experience working with large enterprises and navigating complex organizations.
  • Track record of exceeding expectations and fostering team values.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, empathetic, creative, and skilled in communication and data analysis.
  • Fluent in English and passionate about shaping the future of Mendix.
