We are looking for a Creative Lead with a strong background in production and videography to lead the visual direction of content. In this role, you will oversee the creation of all multimedia content, including video, animation, and graphic design, ensuring everything aligns with our brand vision and objectives. You will have strong managerial experience, overseeing a team of creatives, but also embrace a roll-your-sleeves-up approach, actively contributing to the hands-on creation and execution of high-quality content alongside your team.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the creative vision for video and multimedia content, from concept development to post-production.
- Oversee the production process, managing pre-production, shooting schedules, locations, talent, and equipment for all video content.
- Collaborate closely with the Digital Content Manager to ensure that creative projects align with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Manage and mentor a creative team, including internal and freelance designers and videographers, providing guidance and feedback.
- Edit and refine video content to meet brand standards, integrating graphics, animations, and other elements to tell compelling stories.
- Create integrated campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring that all content is optimised for each platform.
- Stay ahead of trends in video production, animation, and design to continuously improve the impact of creative content.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and maintain high-quality standards.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in creative roles, with a strong focus on video production, filming, and editing.
- Proven experience in leading creative teams and managing complex projects from concept to delivery.
- Expertise in video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects), graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and any you can introduce us to!)
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, camera techniques, and editing.
- Creative flair with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content that aligns with brand strategy.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and inspire teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working under tight deadlines.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience creating real estate or fintech-related content.
- Experience with AI tools to streamline video editing and production processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
