Income Auditor Responsibilities

1. Audit the daily night audit for accuracy and completeness.
2. Distribute work to appropriate accounting staff.
3. Spread all miscellaneous waiting accounts and process in the computer.
4. Prepare daily sales reports and weekly sales reports for the Controller.
5. Maintain filing systems for daily information such as registration cards, credit cards, restaurant charges, promotional tickets, coupons, zero/cash folios, etc.
6. Control restaurant guest checks and issue outlet guest cheques upon request.
7. Track all banquet tickets and maintain an inventory of guest checks.
8. Prepare period end closing reports and reconcile garage and miscellaneous revenues.
9. Complete forecast accuracy reports for rooms, guests, and food & beverage outlets.
10. Assist in month-end storeroom physical inventory.
11. Generate reports to support management decision-making and evaluate work activities.
12. Prepare all relevant period closing reports and entries.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
• Experience with ISCALA and Opera Property Management System is advantageous.
