Sales Consultant (Sales - Property Management Services)

Location: Al Asayel St, Downtown, Dubai

Role Description:

This is a full-time position for a Sales Executive/Business Development Executive based in Dubai. Responsibilities include generating new leads, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales inquiries, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also provide clients with information about our services, follow up with leads, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, property management, and RDC knowledge is an advantage.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
