Job Overview:
We are seeking for a Social Media Specialist to be a responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business goals. This role involves content creation, community engagement, performance analysis, and staying updated with social media trends in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with business goals and enhance our online presence. (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, Youtube, Threads, Pinterest, etc.)
KPI Definition
- Define and monitor key social media performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and strategies. Set quarterly goals and work diligently to achieve them.
Content Management
- Content planning, engagement strategies, performance analysis, and driving follower growth and engagement across channels
Online Seminars & Webinars
- Support the planning and promotion of online seminars and webinars, working closely with the events and content teams.
Influencer Collaboration
- Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach and strengthen our brand's presence in the market.
Social Media Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Develop a comprehensive marketing funnel plan, set clear optimization goals, and implement strategies to achieve them. Control the budget to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Competitor Research
- Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.
User Persona Development
- Conduct audience and persona research to refine our targeting and content strategies.
Audience Growth & Engagement
- Drive follower growth, enhance fan interaction, and improve audience retention through strategic content and engagement initiatives.
Real-time Content Creation
- Stay on top of trending topics and hot issues to create relevant, timely content that resonates with our audience.
Community Management
- Oversee community engagement, focusing on building strong relationships with our audience (community management excludes client support in comments).
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a social media specialist or in a similar role, preferably in the forex/financial services industry.
- Proven experience in growing and managing accounts across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative social media strategies.
- Experience managing social media advertising campaigns and using marketing automation tools.
- Proven experience in audience research, persona development, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with design and publishing and ability to collaborate effectively with designers and copywriters.
- Strong multi-tasking, time-management, and leadership skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
