Job description

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a fast speed of service, especially during all times.
  2. Take orders from customers and input their selections into the restaurant's computer systems.
  3. Assemble orders on trays or in bags depending on the type of order.
  4. Process large food orders for events.
  5. Count & verify your till at the end of each shift and deposit money in the safe.
  6. Clean your station thoroughly before, during, and after each shift.
  7. Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints to ensure they leave satisfied.
  8. Follow all restaurant safety and security procedures.
  9. Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion.
  10. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the premises.
  11. Receive and stock all materials as per SOP.
  12. Maintain FIFO & inventory properly.
  13. Greet each guest with a smile.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the QSR industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Understanding of food safety and health regulations.
  • Proficient in basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, point-of-sale systems).
