Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager to grow our client base and build strong relationships within the event industry.

The role requires someone with a network in the events space, the ability to pitch our services effectively, and a keen understanding of technical event requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with event companies, production houses, and direct clients.

?Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into profitable business.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, calls, and presentations.

Work closely with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events.

Participate in industry events and networking platforms to promote the brand.

Maintain sales reports and regularly update the CRM system

Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development in events / AV / production industry preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Understanding of event production elements (audio, lights, LED walls, trussing, etc.) is a strong advantage.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed
