VAM Systems is currently looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager for our UAE operations with the following terms and conditions:

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and methodologies, including server virtualization, storage, networking, and security.
2. Ability to exchange with Technical Subject Matter Experts from various IT Infrastructure Domains.
3. Experienced with major infrastructure re-organization projects involving multiple technical domains.
4. Knowledge of Obsolescence management, Patching, Re-platforming etc.
5. Familiar with licensing models for Operating Systems & Databases.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
7. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT staff.

Other Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience leading & coordinating IT infrastructure projects.
2. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.

Responsibilities:

1. Define Project Charter with Problem Statement.
2. Elaborate the Project Scope, Objectives & Deliverables.
3. Build Acceptance Criteria and take signoff from stakeholders.
4. Prepare the WBS, Schedule, Resource Allocation & Project Budget.
5. Identify & manage the dependencies and risks.
6. Perform the kick-off with all relevant stakeholders.
7. Ensure effective communication and Reporting across different levels of stakeholders.
8. Proactively manage the issues and delays by liaising with the right counterparts.
