A leading company in the UAE is seeking an HR professional to manage employee onboarding, compliance, and recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of HR experience, particularly in Facilities Management. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to operational improvements and support a diverse workforce across the organization.
Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and orientation programs.
Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and FM industry regulations.
Maintain HR databases, employee files, and records as per audit requirements.
Collaborate with operations teams to address manpower needs and resolve employee issues.
Assist in training and development initiatives relevant to FM operations.
Support payroll coordination and HR reporting activities.
Support end-to-end recruitment for technical, administrative, and operations staff.
Manage company SOPs and contribute to organizational structure and process improvements.
