Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Lines for release orders after rates are filed.
• Call 20 new customers daily and pull in a minimum of 3 new customers per month.
• Prepare invoices and packing lists; track shipment status.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Lines for release orders after rates are filed by the Pricing desk – Sea Shipments.
2. Coordinate with Transporters for Export & Import Bookings.
3. Track local shipments and ensure documents are passed before the cut-off (Excel).
4. Call 20 new customers daily (Liner & GFF).
5. Send flyers for email and WhatsApp campaigns daily.
6. Share vessel schedules with customers and freight forwarders daily.
7. Pull in a minimum of 3 new customers into EWL per month.
8. Update and send call reports daily.
9. Follow up with customers on quotations sent and update feedback.
10. Send line inventory details daily.
11. Backup operation/documentation desk during their absence.
12. Prepare invoices and packing lists.
13. Track shipment status and update clients (Pre-Alert).

Desired Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a smart, quick learner female candidate who is passionate about growing her career in shipping & freight forwarding.

Educational Background: Shipping or finance background.
