Checkout.com is actively looking for a strategic-thinking, resourceful, and highly driven Account Manager to nurture and maintain long-term relationships with our Enterprise merchants. You will serve as the business advisor and main point of contact for merchants post-integration. You will act as the voice of our product and ambassador of our brand, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. What you'll be doing:
  • Developing merchant-specific account plans focused on revenue growth
  • Building high-touch, consultative, and positive relationships with merchants through regular communication
  • Providing expertise, education, and guidance to help merchants craft and execute comprehensive global payment strategies
  • Analyzing merchant performance and recommending improvements to payment flow and revenue
  • Exceeding strategic and financial targets by analyzing payment products, transaction volumes, and service levels
  • Gaining thorough understanding of our products, services, and partner networks to meet merchant needs effectively
  • Collaborating with teams across the company (Sales, Integration, Support, Legal, Engineering) to ensure an outstanding merchant experience
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in a PSP, Acquirer, or similar environment
    Strong knowledge of major e-commerce and payment technologies, industry players, and future trends
  • Experience in B2B Enterprise Account Management and/or Relationship Management within FinTech or Payments
  • A strategic problem solver with excellent project management skills
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Adaptable approach to changing requirements, capable of managing multiple opportunities
  • Proven consultative sales skills and ability to collaborate across departments and influence at all organizational levels
