Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer (Design, Technical & Site) at Flexible Home Interior Decoration in Dubai. The role will involve space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Space Planning and Architecture skills
  • Construction Drawings and Interior Design skills
  • Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
  • Experience in design & build projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept to Design Development Engage with clients, create mood boards, space plans, 3D renderings, and detailed technical drawings.
  • Project Documentation & Approvals Prepare execution drawings, BOQs, and material specifications for approval.
  • Site Coordination & Execution Oversee installation, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Client Management Maintain communication, present designs, and obtain approvals at key project stages.
  • Final Handover Conduct inspections, prepare snag lists, and deliver final documentation.
