A luxury dining concept from an established international hospitality group is launching its first high-end venue in the heart of Abu Dhabi. With over 40 locations across 7 countries and continued expansion on the horizon, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic brand renowned for culinary innovation and exceptional guest experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on General Manager to lead all aspects of this new flagship restaurant. You will ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and a service-driven culture, while inspiring and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring service excellence and efficiency
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage leads to maintain brand standards
• Monitor budgets, drive profitability, and manage supplier relations
• Lead guest engagement efforts and ensure a seamless experience throughout
• Maintain compliance with local health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities

Team Leadership & Culture

• Build, mentor, and retain a passionate, high-performing team
• Promote an inclusive, engaging, and growth-focused work culture
• Design and deliver training with HR and Ops leadership
• Conduct performance reviews, set KPIs, and implement improvements
• Ensure strong alignment with the wider operations and leadership teams

Candidate Profile

Experience

• 5+ years in senior management roles within high-end, fast-paced restaurants (Michelin or equivalent preferred)
• Proven leadership in fine dining with experience in the UAE
• Familiarity with the Middle Eastern market is essential
