Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Implementation of Organizational and client HSE policies/procedures in compliance to ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015 any other HSE standard applicable to work side.
• Responsible for the management and ongoing effectiveness of the HSE management system, safety, risk, programs, and policies. Engaging stakeholders to ensure that these standards are embedded in daily operations.
• Drive level of awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across the business units to create a culture that prioritizes effective HSE system.
• Provide, specialist advice, practical support and guidance to operations team to ensure that the organization complies with statutory obligations and client HSE requirements.
• Ensure compliance of applicable legal requirement pertaining to Health, Safety and Environment. Manage and coordinate all HSE matters related to Business Units incompliance with HSE requirement ex. Specification, safety code, legal requirement, and TG polices/ procedures.
• Coordinate with business units to conduct occupational risk and opportunity/ environmental aspects and impact assessment for prudently managing HSE risks & creating Opportunities for continual improvement in their respective areas. Ensure the regular review of risk assessments.
• Keep up to date with new HSE legislation and best practice developments that affect the organization, ensuring that when necessary, policies, procedures and processes are appropriately updated.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in engineering/science or equivalent or relevant field
• NEBOSH International General Certificate
• Lead / internal Auditor qualification in HSE management system (ISO 45001 / 14001)
• Any internationally accredited environment certificate will be preferable
