Job description

Our client, a leading contemporary art space in the heart of Dubai, is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, culturally rich environment and has a proven ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of contemporary and modern artworks to private collectors, institutions, and new clients.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with HNWIs, art patrons, and industry influencers.
  • Represent the gallery at events, art fairs, and private viewings, both locally and internationally.
  • Collaborate with the curatorial and marketing teams to align sales strategy with exhibition programming.
  • Maintain a high standard of client service, from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up.

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated sales success, ideally within the art, luxury, or high-end retail industries.
  • A well-established HNWI network and strong client relationship skills.
  • Deep understanding and enthusiasm for contemporary and modern art.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic and/or other languages is an advantage.
