Job Title: HR Manager

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous, especially in multinational settings.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:

  2. Manage office administration, including facility management and procurement.

  5. Handle employee relations, conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  7. Administer compensation and benefits programs.
  8. Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
