Overview
The Mastercard Security Solutions Organization (SSO) in EEMEA leverages security products and services to lead commercialization initiatives. It is part of Mastercard Services.

Responsibilities

  1. Define and execute a 5-year strategy for the Security Solutions Organization in EEMEA.
  2. Conduct deep-dive analyses for strategic growth areas, including pricing and operational excellence.
  3. Collaborate on strategic initiatives such as network initiatives, regional acquisitions, new revenue streams, and customer success.
  4. Lead sales enablement across all SSO product verticals.
  5. Create execution plans for strategic initiatives.
  6. Shape internal and external communication, including voice of customer and market research.
  7. Develop communication narratives for leadership updates.
  8. Design solution sets for different customer segments.
  9. Support product verticals in go-to-market strategies and engagement with sales teams.

This role reports to the SVP of SSO EEMEA and involves collaboration with internal teams, product leads, and regional stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  1. Experience with firms like Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or the Big 5; experience in financial institutions strategy is valued.
  2. Payment industry experience (issuers, acquirers, merchants) is preferred.
  3. Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Collaborative, self-driven, and capable of interim product management roles.
  5. Leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and build credibility.

Security Responsibilities

  • Adhere to Mastercard's security policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
  • Report security violations.
  • Complete mandatory security trainings.
